2. User Eligibility

Any individual who can provide a valid mobile number and basic information may use the App. Users are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information.

3. User Responsibility

Verify items at the time of receiving

Note: The App is not responsible for user conduct or behavior.

4. QR Code and Usage

Users may:

Use QR codes provided by the App on their personal belongings

Use temporary QR features during travel

Users are responsible for proper usage and placement of QR codes.

6. No Verification of Items

The App does not verify:

Ownership of items

Contents or condition of items

Completeness of returned items

Users must independently verify all details.

7. Communication Only Platform

The App only enables communication between users. It does not:

Mediate disputes

Arrange delivery or logistics

Provide physical support for recovery

8. Payments and Charges

Certain features of the App may be available on a subscription basis. All payments are:

Non-refundable

Subject to applicable terms displayed at the time of purchase

The App does not charge or control any payment between users.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Misuse the platform

Provide false claims of ownership

Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activities

Demand money or reward through coercion or misrepresentation

Any such actions are solely the responsibility of the user.

10. Third-Party Interaction

All interactions between finder and owner are independent. The App is not responsible for:

Non-return of items

Partial return

Disputes between users

Any form of misconduct
